To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
« You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.
« You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.

★ Other Things to Note ★

• Community private offices and conference room is shared and on a first-come-first-serve basis, please clean up after use
• Some areas of the complex are restricted to guests (and not listed as amenities), please message us prior to booking to confirm
• We would love to welcome guests who book our apartment the same day of their arrival, but please be aware that your check-in may be a bit delayed (to as late as 7 pm) as we rush to prepare the unit for your arrival. Guests who book more than 24 hours in advance will be able to check-in by 4 pm.
• We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby grocery stores that you think you might need during your stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.
• The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the gym, and other shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Please be aware.
• For longer term stays over 30 days, guests are required to pay for monthly full-home cleaning services at $65/clean. This requirement cannot be waived and must be paid prior to each monthly cleaning service.
• Registrations for cars are required for on-site parking. Unregistered cars cannot park on community property otherwise they will be towed if parked without approved registrations. If guests want to park in the complex, all cars must be registered PRIOR to 4pm check-in time. To register your vehicles for permits to park within the complex gates, you will need to complete and submit the registration form with your vehicle and contact information and renew every 24-hours. Guest vehicles being towed due to violation of parking policy and registration requirements will be the guest’s responsibility.
• A $200 security deposit is required as part of the check-in process. This deposit is held to cover any incidentals or potential damages during your stay and will be refunded after check-out, provided no issues are identified. Guests also have the option to pay a non-refundable $35 damage waiver add-on that can cover up to a specified amount of accidental damage in lieu of the security deposit.
