Our 2,475 sqft house is pet-friendly (pet fees apply) and comes with a fully-stocked kitchen, & ultra-fast internet to accommodate you in the modern times.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
« You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.
« You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.

★ Other Things to Note ★

• Garage parking is not available, and all cars should be parked on the driveway and on the street curb directly in front of the house
• We would love to welcome guests who book our home the same day of their arrival, but please be aware that your check-in may be a bit delayed (to as late as 7 pm) as we rush to prepare the unit for your arrival. Guests who book more than 24 hours in advance will be able to check-in by 4 pm.
• We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby grocery stores that you think you might need during your stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.
• The HOA may run maintenance on the shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Please be aware.
• This property has a guest limit of 8 standard and 12 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.
• We have lawn care service that comes to the house on a bi-weekly basis around Wednesdays (might be earlier or later) to mow the law and take care of the landscaping, and therefore will need access to the front and back yard during service. We do respectfully that guests keep all pets in doors during the lawn care service to ensure the lawn maintenance can be performed quickly.
• For midterm stays longer than 30 nights, please know that there is a utility cap for utility services that guests need to be aware of. Any overage above these utility caps can be charged back to guests due to high utility usage (e.g. if actual usage for electricity is $396 for a given month and the cap is $300 per month, then $96 will be charged to the guests for that month). For electricity, the cap is $300/month. For water/wastewater/trash, the cap is $200/month. For gas, the cap is $200/month.
• A $200 security deposit is required as part of the check-in process. This deposit is held to cover any incidentals or potential damages during your stay and will be refunded after check-out, provided no issues are identified. Guests also have the option to pay a non-refundable $35 damage waiver add-on that can cover up to a specified amount of accidental damage in lieu of the security deposit.

Pets ARE allowed depending on size and are subject to pet fees. Please let us know beforehand and add the pet count to the reservation and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation.
